Eric Peacock

CEO/Co-founder

Eric Peacock is the CEO / Co-founder of MyHealthTeams, a venture-backed company that creates social / local networks for chronic disease communities.  The company’s first site, MyAutismTeam, is a place where parents of children with autism go to connect with other parents like them and share recommendations of great autism providers.
Peacock incubated MyHealthTeams with his team while General Manager at InsiderPages – a leading local search site owned by IAC / CityGrid Media.  Peacock joined as GM in 2007 just after it was acquired by CityGrid Media and turned the money-losing site profitable within 6 months.  During his tenure as GM, Insider Pages profitably grew user reviews 4-fold and revenues 10-fold, and launched the Insider Pages Doctor Finder – a tool that makes it easy to find highly recommended doctors who take your insurance.
Prior to that Eric worked in business development at venture-funded biotech, Perlegen Sciences, where hebuilt andmanaged pharmaceutical and academic partnerships conducting large-scale genetic studies of chronic diseases. Prior to that Eric was a VP at E*TRADE and a Partner at Oliver Wyman / Mercer Management Consulting.
Eric is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard College.  He lives in San Carlos, CA with his wife and two children, and is a hopeless Red Sox fan.
