Who We’re Looking For:

MyHealthTeams is seeking an Audience Strategy Analyst to join our Audience Strategy team. In this position, you will provide insight and analysis around key performance indicators that measure the success of paid marketing promotions and media partner campaigns. 

You will work cross-functionally with the data engineering and analytics teams to identify, access, join, automate, and surface data from various sources in order to build a suite of reports that display leading key performance indicators for team members to reference daily for tracking, optimizations, and decision-making. Over time, you will gain an understanding of key performance indicators and the variables that impact them in order to provide precise and actionable recommendations to the Audience Strategy team.

Your responsibilities would include:

  •   Gathering business requirements with end users to understand the use cases and final output of data
  •   Identifying data origins, connection methods, key values, and formulas required in data output
  •   Working with the engineering team to write API connectors using Python
  •   Working with the engineering team to store data in Amazon Redshift data warehouse to ensure compliance with business processes, technology, and data quality standards
  •   Managing the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  •   Working with the analytics team to develop and publish views of Marketing Insight reports using Tableau
  •   Reviewing data output for quality and accuracy
  •   Monitoring Marketing Insight reports for fluctuations in KPIs
  •   Providing weekly detailed analysis of findings within Marketing Insights reports
  •   Developing and expanding your understanding of key performance metrics, what impacts them, and how to have a positive effect on them

What We’re Looking For:

  •   Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of equivalent work experience in information technology (IT), computer science (CS), software engineering, or a related discipline is required
  •   2-3 years of professional work experience in SQL and Python
  •   Experience working with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Quicksight
  •   Intellectual curiosity — not just answering the question being asked, but reviewing the results and thinking about which deeper dives may be necessary or relevant
  •   Familiarity with Google Analytics and Data Studio
  •   Ability to communicate complex or heavily quantitative concepts to a non-technical audience
  •   Experience applying the above technical skills within a business environment
  •   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop clear presentations
  •   A logical thinker with the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear, concise manner
  •   Ability to efficiently manage multiple concurrent assignments
  •   Strong ability to maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues
  •   Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills 
  •   Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies
  •   Highly self-motivated and self-directed
  •   Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

This is a full-time position. Due to COVID-19, it is a remote position; however, if/when we can go back to an office environment, you will have the opportunity to work in our downtown San Francisco office or our midtown Sacramento office. Option to work remotely in the states in which MHT operates is possible for the right candidate. We are offering a great opportunity to make a difference in the health care space.
